Vicky and I made this dessert called dirt pudding.

This dessert is for people who aren't health conscience :)

Here is the recipe. Enjoy!

Dirt Pudding

16 oz Oreos (crush)

2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese

2 c. confectionate sugar

8 oz Cool Whip

2 Large box of vanilla instant pudding (can use chocolate)

4 c. of Milk

.Cover the hole in bottom of flowerpot with an Oreo.

.Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. (Set Aside)

.Combine pudding with milk.

.Stir into first mixture.

.Layer the cookies and cream mixture into the flowerpot.

.End with a layer of cookie crumbs to make a layer that resembles dirt.

.Dig in a few of the worms so that they are "crawling" out of the "dirt" or hanging

out over the edges of the pot.

It's supposed to look like this at the end.

I got Adele's new album "21" and it's kinda depressing. It's not like emo depressing but it's really abt ending relationships and moving on. Hmm... Yea... Anyways I was feeling down, got tired of the first song so i skipped it. My itouch randomly picked this song and it hit the nail on the head. I cried....a little.

I thought everything was going good but of course it's never consistent. It's sad to see that miserable people are only happy when they make others stoop to their level. BUT NOT ME!!! I can be broken for a min or a couple of hours but I know i'll bounce back.

Boom! Take that!!!!

It's my Fistah's 22nd Birthday!!!

Fun Fact: "One day I will meet Tim Tebow and I know I will cry". She finally had her chance to meet Tim Tebow and did cry. Barnes and Nobles was being lame and wouldn't let her take a picture with him.

I met Vicky in my General Psychology class when I was still in SCC. We had to do a group project together (along with Raul, Steph & Angela) and created the best video ever (still have to find it). This assignment made us grow closer and the rest was history!

I'm sincerely thankful for this class. Had an awesome, crazy (navy hating), smart, divorced professor who taught me how most of society doesn't really care abt you and had amazing amazing amazing sarcastic classmates. This psychology class helped me find the one's who will be truly in my life forever.

Happy Birthday to my future bridesmaid and ninang to my children!!!

I dont know why i'm dedicating my first blog to Oprah. Maybe deep down inside, I wanna be like her. But I can't because she's one of a kind, just like all of us. All I can take away from her are the lessons she teaches in each show. Of course being the grandma that I am, I didnt want to miss her final final show. For some reason this one lesson she learned herself grabbed my attention and suddenly a lightbulb turned on.

We all know how powerful Opran is. She gives young girls in Africa a chance to be educated, takes her whole crew to australia (having John Travolta as the pilot), and buys her audience brand new cars. But you never hear boast about her wealth or what she's purchased for herself. She's humble and I admire that.

She's given many talented people a chance to have their own show (Ex. Dr. Phil & Dr. Oz). All but one person have accepted her offer and ends up being successful. The person who rejected her offer didn't believe she earned to have a show. I bet you're like WHAT?! but think about it... How many times have we told ourselves "Oh, I dont feel like I deserve that"... Well you do deserve what ever comes your way!!!! This is the lesson I learned from Oprah "What I got was we often block our own blessings because we don't feel inherently good enough or smart enough or pretty enough or worthy enough."

So if you ever think you don't deserve something that seems too good to be true, you do! It's a blessing. Take it, accept it, & appreciate it <3
